Contractor Accounts

Open a contractor account.

Buying geothermal shouldn't mean a warehouse three states away, a rep you've never met, and a job sitting idle while a flow center ships.

Account benefits

What an account gets you.

  • The whole system from one supplier.Residential and commercial heat pumps, fluid, pumps and flow centers, pipe and fittings, grout, drilling supplies, controls. One order, one invoice, one phone number when something shows up wrong.
  • Wholesale pricing on the loop side, not just the equipment.Loop materials are where the margin quietly leaves a geothermal job. We sell them at account pricing, the same as the heat pumps.
  • Design help before you quote, included.Send us the load calculation and the site conditions and we'll work through loop sizing with you, while the number still matters, not after you've committed to it. It comes with the account; there's no engineering invoice attached.
  • Technical support from someone who has commissioned the system. When a system won't hold setpoint or the loop temperatures look wrong, you get a person who has stood in that mechanical room on four hundred other projects. Not a ticket number.
  • Financing you can put in front of a homeowner.Approved GeoComfort installers can offer Enertech Finance, unsecured lending through Regions Bank, so your customer's home equity isn't collateral and a geothermal quote becomes a monthly number instead of one that makes people flinch. You apply to Enertech directly, and we'll point you at it and make sure you're carrying the line that qualifies you.
Why switch

The homeowners who find us become your leads.

Most homeowners in the Southeast who are curious about geothermal never find a straight answer, and never find a contractor who installs it. We're building the page that answers them, and when somebody near you asks us who installs these, your name goes on the list and the lead hits your inbox the same minute it hits theirs.

We build that list by who's closest and who we trust with the work. Residential change-outs aren't our business; they're yours. Handing the lead straight to an account is the only thing we'd do with it, and it's the part of this account a price sheet can't match.

Where we stand

A straight answer about whether we compete with you.

Southeast Geo Solutions does install ground loops and consult on system design. You should know that before you open an account, and you should know where the line is.

Our field work is loop-side and consulting: thermal conductivity testing, well-field design and installation, design review, commissioning, and troubleshooting, usually on projects where a mechanical contractor has brought us in for the geothermal scope. We come in on the part of the job most contractors would rather hand off, and we don't bid against our own accounts.

If you'd rather hear that from Scott directly, call and ask. It's a fair question and you'll get a straight answer.

Training that doesn't stop at the manual.

Geothermal punishes crews who learned it on the job from someone who also learned it on the job. Enertech requires factory training for every installation partner, and we'll get your people into it.

Then, on your first install with us, you get someone on site. The first loop field is where the expensive mistakes happen, and a phone number isn't the same as a second pair of eyes in the trench.
