Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

Southeast Geo Solutions, LLC ("Southeast Geo Solutions," "we," "us") operates this website to give contractors, builders, developers, engineers, and homeowners information about our geothermal equipment distribution and consulting services, and to let visitors reach us by form or phone. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, such as the contractor account request, the general contact form, or the Find a Contractor form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, company name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or project location, and a description of what you need. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at children.

Like most websites, our hosting and form-processing providers automatically log basic technical information, such as browser type, general location, and pages visited, for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, open a contractor account, or follow up on a project you've described to us.
• To connect a homeowner's Find a Contractor submission with up to three contractors who cover that area.
• To provide technical support, pricing, or design assistance connected to an order or account.
• To maintain accurate business records, such as account and order history.
• To improve this website and the accuracy of the information on it.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions on this site are processed through our form-handling system and stored in a private, access-controlled record for our internal use. We do not sell the information you submit. A Find a Contractor submission is shared only with the contractors on that homeowner's list, and with nobody else. We may share other submissions with subcontractors or suppliers directly involved in fulfilling your request, such as a manufacturer processing an equipment order, but only as needed to do that work.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses analytics to understand how visitors use it. If we add advertising trackers in the future, this policy will be updated to name them and explain your choices, including how to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have on file connected to you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
